Malcolm Youle

Appointed Company Secretary of Probury Limited on formation of the Company to be responsible for administration, accounting, payroll and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include submission of all regulatory information to Companies House, the Revenue Collection Agencies, liaison with the company's Chartered Accountant and the preparation and maintenance of Annual Accounts.

Background

Following early retirement from a successful career with leading Multi-national Manufacturing Companies where responsibilities included budgetary control of dealer and distributor operations Medford Bookkeeping and Accounting was established to offer specialist service to small businesses.

The objective was to offer a high level of control and financial management information to SME’s who simply did not have the time or resources to undertake the work involved themselves. It soon became apparent that, in addition to the general need of small businesses, the I.T. Contractor had need for an organisation with understanding of their special needs.

Tim Keyworth

Senior Partner in an established firm of Chartered Accountants whose practice embraces a wide variety of client businesses. Agreed to become Technical Consultant to Probury Accounting Services following experience gained by production of Annual Accounts for a growing number of contractors in the I.T. Sector.

Principally responsible for the establishment of standards for work and overseeing the processing of accounting information, production of client accounts and ensuring all Company House and regulatory requirements are met.

Background

Articled to an old established Yorkshire firm of Accountants before becoming Chartered himself in 1974. The establishment of the practice in which Tim is the Senior Partner took place in 1984 and has since earned an enviable reputation for prompt attention to client needs and comprehensive service.
