The Task Specification.

PAS provides a variety of services across a wide range of businesses that may be tailored to meet client requirements. They include,

  • The establishment of a Chart of Accounts for the client Business or Company.

  • Maintenance of accounts throughout the financial year ensuring legal compliance.

  • Processing documentation required by Companies House as and when it falls due.

  • Recording and calculation of VAT liabilities and payment when they fall due.

  • Payment of accounts from service provides when they fall due.

  • Invoicing of sales/services and maintenance of payments made into the sales ledger.

  • Payment of purchase invoices when due and maintenance of the purchase ledger.

  • Recording and reimbursement of out of pocket and other expenses.

  • Dealing with correspondence and enquiries by the collection agencies.

  • Calculation and provision of Self Assessment Tax Returns at the appropriate time

  • Calculation and provision of Corporation Tax calculations at the appropriate time.

  • Provision of Payroll and P.A.Y.E. Services as required.


Clients may hand over all or part of the management duties to PAS who will effectively carry out the duties agreed upon.

The service is flexible and designed to minimise the involvement of the client. Over the last couple of years many lessons have been learned from difficulties experienced by our clients in the I.T. sector. IR 35 is without question the area of most concern.
