MEETING THE NEED

Probury Limited entered the I.T. Marketplace early in 1999. Success came early in the company's development with the securing of contracts and Software Development commissions that were both challenging in the technical sense and rewarding financially.

Directors of the company decided to delegate the company's structuring and management to someone; or some organisation that was best placed to undertake the many tasks involved.

Medford Bookkeeping were retained and quickly put in place the infrastructure needed for Probury to commence operations. Under the direction of it owner Malcolm Youle continues to manage financial and regulatory requirements in addition to the Personal Taxation liabilities of its personnel..

IR35 legislation required specialist knowledge and experience which led to an alliance being formed with Chartered Accountants who made a priority of keeping with developments.

Medford Bookkeeping and Accountancy Services attracted similar briefs from those who were part of; or allied to, the I.T. industry and it soon became apparent a specialist service was needed to meet the needs of Contractors. The service was to be called,

Operationally it could not be simpler. On compleion of formalities all that is required of the client is the mailing of one envelope a month to PAS. This envelope will contain all paperwork accumulated over the preceding month.
